I have the book, and have started reading it, too. What do you think so far? I’ll post some questions for us to start thinking about soon.

Kim, are you having trouble getting a copy of the book? Let me know if I can help!

Between the book and the “book an CD”, Ted and I just finished “The Wine Stain” chapter. I love this kind of historical fiction, so much like James Michener’s classics. Great selection, Annie!

There is a blessing in having to stay off my feet…I have been reading! Loving the book. I am enjoying the characters, both the contemporary, intelligent and spunky Hanna and courageous and spunky Lola. I love the way Brooks weaves the two lives together through the story of the haggadah. Historical fiction is one of my favorite genres and I think I will be looking for Brooks’ Years of Wonder and March too.
